The Community Anchor program is intended to elevate voices of those who have been historically underheard, underserved, and excluded from planning processes. Community anchors will participate actively in the Community Workgroup meetings, bringing perspectives and insights from flood-vulnerable and historically underserved communities throughout the Tampa Bay region.
Help guide how we involve Tampa Bay communities in coastal resilience planning. Your voice will help shape the tools, messaging, and strategies we use to connect with residents and stakeholders. In-person and virtual attendance options available.
Contribute to the methods we use to assess flood risk and prioritize habitat restoration. This group plays a key role in shaping the science and data behind the plan’s recommendations.

Your input and time spent developing the plan are valuable contributions to this project!
