This report summarizes comments from participants that were gathered during the pilot flood listening sessions UF IFAS Extension agents led this fall. Listening sessions were held in each of the seven counties within the Coastal Master Plan's project boundary.

This report summarizes the input gathered during the Coastal Master Plan's launch workshop, including identified community needs, shared visions for regional flood resilience, recommendations to support implementation, success metrics, guiding principles, and workgroup breakout discussion takeaways. 

In collaboration with the Community and Technical workgroups, a draft Technical and Outreach and Engagement Strategy have been created to guide project phases and will be updated as the plan progresses. Both contain best practices, lessons learned, and methodologies to support replication by local governments and other practitioners.
